What does my registration fee include?


If you registered as regular attendee or student, then the following is included with your registration fee:

  • Admission to all scientific sessions, poster sessions and commercial exhibition.
  • Coffee breaks and welcome reception.
  • Conference materials, such as bag, gifts, badge.

If you registered as a guest then the following is included with your registration fee:

  • Admission to poster sessions and commercial exhibition.
  • Coffee breaks and welcome reception.

How do I add a guest to my existing registration?


Note that only Regular Registrants may add a guest to their registration. If you are a Regular Registrant, please email registration@icps2014.org with your Registrant ID and your guest's First and Last Names and also his or her emergency contact information (name and phone number). We will contact you directly to collect your credit card information for your guest's registration payment.

How do I add, cancel, or change my conference activities?


Please email registration@icps2014.org with your Registrant ID and please indicate any and all adjustments or cancellations you would like to make to your conference activities. If the changes result in payment due to ICPS, we will contact you to recollect payment information. If the changes result in a refund owed to you, we will issue a refund, available based on when you cancel or change your conference activities.

If excursion registration is cancelled prior to Wednesday, 02 July 2014, guests will receive a full refund. Cancellations after Wednesday, 02 July 2014 are 100% non-refundable. Excursions operate rain or shine with the exception of dangerous weather conditions. ICPS conference organizers reserve the right to cancel excursions if minimums are not met. In this instance, guests will receive an email notification by Thursday, 03 July 2014 and will have the option to rebook another excursion (pending availability) or receive a full refund.

I registered for ICPS but won't be able to attend. Can my colleague go in my place?


Yes. If you do not need to adjust the credit card on file, please simply email registration@icps2014.org your Registrant ID and carbon copy (cc) your colleague on the email. We will then collect the necessary contact information from them. If you need to adjust the credit card on file, please still email registration@icps2014.org with your colleague cc:ed and we will contact him or her to collect the appropriate contact and payment information.

I require a visa letter for registration. Who do I email?


If you require an invitation letter, please email visa@icps2014.org. Please provide your full name, mailing address, passport number, date of birth, passport validity duration, country of citizenship, and mobile number (include country code with phone number).

I never received my registration confirmation receipt. Who do I contact?


Please email registration@icps2014.org your Registrant ID and we will reply with your registration confirmation PDF receipt attached.

How do I cancel my registration? Will I receive a refund?


Please email registration@icps2014.org with your Registrant ID and we will arrange the cancellation. Refunds are available based on when you cancel. See below chart for registration refund amounts. If you would like to cancel or change only the conference activities you registered for and not your full registration, please indicate which in your email.

May I register on-site for the conference?


Yes, you may register on-site at the meeting for the on-site rate stated on the registration page. However, only credit cards will be accepted for on-site registrations; checks and cash will not be accepted. Payment must be made in full for entry to the conference. We strongly encourage you to register in advance so that you will have a speedier check-in when you arrive at the meeting.
